Lisa is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, great negotiator, the list goes on and on. After meeting Lisa and using her as an agent I know I was lucky have her and would recommend her to any and everybody! Immediately she felt like an old friend who would do anything to support your needs. She completely guided me through the process. I couldn't be happier in my new home.

Lisa Molinelli is the best realtor I've worked with. I had contacted Lisa after going through many different realtors that I was not quite satisfied with while I was looking for a new place to rent and also sell my home. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable with the areas I was interested in moving to and found me the best apartment that fits my needs. I have been there a year so far and I couldn't be happier. When it came time to sell my home, she carefully guided me with expert tips on making my house marketable and she knew just how to price it right to get it sold. My house was only on the market for 2 months before it sold, I got top dollar for it and closed 2 months later. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me.
