Lisa Molinelli is a thorough professional. Our experience with Lisa through the entire process was totally positive. Lisa was a delight to work with during our relocation from Buffalo to Stony Brook. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful and provided accurate information to our questions and concerns. She was most helpful in recognizing the pros and cons of houses priced similarly in different neighborhoods and ultimately guided us to the right home that met our requirements. Such is her prowess that we literally saw our house for the first time only during the inspection. The escrow process went smoothly as well. Where do I start? Lisa was there every step of the way selling my mom's home. It was my childhood home we had to empty and prepare it for the market. It was extremely hard and emotional. Lisa was highly recommended to me by my sister (Lisa sold her house and helped her with her new home purchase) and so professional, smart and a downright sweetheart, that we used her services again several months later to sell our cottage.
